Today I had an appointment for Bubba to see a Pediatric neurologist at Cedars in LA. Tubbs wanted to skip out of school too to come along and I couldn't blame him. I was happy to have a day with just my two boys. After our appointment we were hungry and ready to grub. The Grove was only 1-2 miles away, so I took them over there for lunch. We wanted to eat at the Fat Cow, but their fried chicken was removed from the menu...so we settled for Cheesecake Factory. :)
I got the boys to try the fried mac and cheese. Tubbs wasn't a fan...but they loved the bread. Surprise-surprise.
After we ate a big lunch we went next door to Barnes and Nobles, which has three levels. It's beautiful. The boys each picked out something and then we wandered over to Sprinkles for some cupcakes on our way out.
I LOVE the Grove.
It really reminds me of "The Capitol" from the Hunger Games, but it just has everything. The fact that it has a Sprinkles Cupcakes, gives it additional bonus points.
The weather also was PERFECT for this time of year. Most people were cruising around in shorts. The Christmas Tree was up and decorations all around, but the weather wasn't telling.

While we played in LA, Luke took Wiggy-girl to Red Robin (her favorite place to eat) for dinner and chocolate shake. After dinner the lucky duck was taken to Build a Bear for a new friend...."Princess Flower."
